How to pick up your equipment.

Go to the
checkout computer kiosk in the equipment checkout room located in computer
services.
Click the Pick Up button when you are picking up
your item.
A login screen will appear.
Log in using your PeopleSoft ID and last four of your SSN.

In the
following, you will see all the items that are qualified for checkout today. To
check out that item, just click the blue “CHECKOUT” button.

You will get
a message saying that you can now pick up your item from the cabinet.

When you are
done checking out your items, click the yellow “Click to Exit” button. This
will close this window and bring you back to the main screen.
DO NOT CLOSE
THE MAIN WINDOW (below). Leave it open for the next person.

How to drop off your equipment.
Click the
yellow “Return” button.

This brings
you to a login screen. Log in using your PeopleSoft number and the last four of
your SSN.

All of the
items you currently have checked out will appear in this window.
Click the
blue “Return” button to check those items back in.

This will
bring up a repair window (see below):

If you had
trouble getting your equipment to work, or you suspect there is any sort of
damage to the item, please note it on this screen so it can be repaired for the
next person.
Remember to click the YES button AND
provide a short description of the problem.
Click
“Submit” to continue checking in your item.
When you are
done checking in your items, click the yellow “Click to Exit” button to get back
to the main screen.
Please place
your returned item in the black cabinet on the shelf marked “Returned Items”
That’s it! You’re done!
